Free Recipe : Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS :

1 Vchunk pack

1 small cup of vegetable oil

Blended tomato and pepper mix

2 tablespoons diced onions and 1 sachet tomato paste

1 tablespoon salt, minced ginger, garlic

1 tablespoon thyme, curry and seasoning

1 medium size Spring onions and carrots

PROCEDURE

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced ginger, garlic, and onions to the pan. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the Vchunks and cook for 2–3 minutes, mixing thoroughly.
  • Add the seasoning powder, thyme, curry powder, and salt. Stir well to combine and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  • Pour in the blended tomato, blended pepper, and tomato paste. Stir to mix evenly.
  • Add the Vchunks stock water to the pan and stir.
  • Mix in the spring onions and carrots. Let the sauce simmer for another 5–7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the Vchunks sauce and mix thoroughly until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spaghetti Bolognese with Vchunks!
