As a professional baker myself, all I can say is that the vegan pie by Veggie Victory was, well, heavenly: golden crust, perfectly flaky, just melting in my mouth, with a filling that burst with flavors so rich, yet so well-balanced, hearty, and satisfying. Obviously, they have mastered the art of vegan baking. This pie just proved that plant-based desserts can be as good as, and even outshine, traditional desserts.
