VEGAN BEEF STEW

VEGAN STEW RECIPES

Ingredients:
1kg fresh tomatoes
70g tomato paste
2tablespoon vegetable oil
1pack of the vegetarian chuncks
1big onion bulbs
3atarodo( Habarero pepper)
Seasoning cubes of choice. ( optional)
1clove of garlic
1small ginger roots
1tablespoon if curry and thyme( optional)
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
1.Put the vegetarian chuncks in a pot and add water, seasoning cubes,salt, thyme, curry,and the ginger. Cook till its tender.
2.Blend the tomatoes, peppers, onions,and the garlic.
3.Boil the blended tomatoes for 15minutes and add the vegetarian chuncks, the oil and the tomato paste.
4.Seasoning it and boil for 10minutes.
And serve with rice, draw soup, bread
e.t.c. .

 

VEGAN ASUN RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:
1veg chuncks
8tomatoes( Diced)
1onion bulb (Diced)
3 Habanero peppers(To your taste)
1stock cubes (Choice)
1 teaspoon of thyme, curry
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
Water

PREPARATION:
1.Boil the vegetation chuncks in a pot , add some of the diced onions, thyme,curry,stock cube,the water, and salt, let it boil till tender.
2.Cut the vegmeat to bites size of choice.
3. Fry in oil till its very dry.
Take it out of oil and stir fry with the diced tomatoes, onion ,and pepper for two minutes.
