INGREDIENTS
1kg fresh tomatoes, 70g tomato paste, 2tablespoon vegetable oil, 1pack of the vegetarian chuncks, 1big onion bulbs, 3atarodo( Habarero pepper), Seasoning cubes of choice. ( optional), 1clove of garlic, 1small ginger roots, 1tablespoon if curry and thyme( optional), Salt to taste.
PREPARATION
Put the vegetarian chuncks in a pot and add water, seasoning cubes,salt, thyme, curry,and the ginger. Cook till its tender.
Blend the tomatoes, peppers, onions,and the garlic.
Boil the blended tomatoes for 15minutes and add the vegetarian chuncks, the oil and the tomato paste.
Seasoning it and boil for 10minutes. And serve with rice, draw soup, bread e.t.c. .
